Converting from septic to sewer represents a major one-time behavior change on behalf of Florida residents. Community acceptance and buy-in may be inhibited by a number of real or perceived barriers to the homeowner. Join the webinar on February 25 at 1 p.m. Eastern as Dr. Lisa Krimsky shares the results from a community-based social marketing study regarding Florida residents’ perceptions, preferences, barriers, and benefits to septic to sewer conversions. Recommendations will be provided to increase the effectiveness of septic to sewer conversion projects outreach and education plans throughout the state.
