Critical thinking has been called one of the most important attributes for success in the 21st century. The UF Critical Thinking Inventory (UFCTI) is a new instrument that measures critical thinking style on a continuum that ranges between two styles of critical thinking: Engagement and Seeking Information. By understanding how different people thinking critically, it becomes easier to put your organization or team members in a position to capitalize on each other’s strengths and succeed by grouping people together in the most effective way. Participants will have an opportunity to take the UFCTI and learn their own critical thinking style, at no charge. Join this session to learn more about critical thinking styles, how to become a certified UFCTI trainer, and examples of ways the UFCTI could be used with students and clients.
