Joy Hazell is a UF/IFAS Extension faculty member and is currently the Sea Grant Extension Agent in Lee County. She is also a member of the Natural Resources Leadership Institute Team. Joy plans, develops, implements and evaluates comprehensive needs based marine and natural resource educational programs that focus on marine fisheries and habitat issues. She facilitates issue-based programs through workshops, conferences and electronic media for various audiences.
