Ruth Borger, assistant vice president for communications at UF/IFAS, outlined a ten-step process to strategic communications planning, including successful strategies to impact change and focus efforts to generate results. She discussed her office’s planning and communication campaign surrounding the 150th anniversary of the Morrill Act, federal legislation that helped establish land-grant universities.
