Join Angie B. Lindsey, PIE Center post-doctoral associate, to learn more about an interdisciplinary project involving biologists, psychologists, social scientists and community members working together to address the environmental, economic, and emotional health concerns of Gulf communities arising from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. This session will focus on the successes resulting from using a three-pronged approach to outreach: issues management, collaboration, and two-way communication.
