Presenters delivered this three-hour spokesperson training workshop at the Florida Cattlewomen’s Association Fall Meeting and aimed to equip cattlewomen to communicate effective messages related to contentious issues and in times of crisis. Participants gained experience and confidence implementing communication strategies through the use of a case study and practice interviews.
